I work in technology, mostly for non-profit organizations or for companies that work with them.

When I am working for tech companies, I am usually in the role of project manager, consultant, or client services management. I help companies develop processes and services, manage website, database and application development projects, and work with clients to be able to understand, build and manage their online worlds.

​

When I am working for organizations, small businesses or non-profits, these skills usually translate into some combination of communications, social media or online community management, web content production, organizational development, operations or program management.
